Completed 100% of all Payments - They are still requesting MORE MONEY

Paid the debt in full 100% as ordered by the court, and made the final payment, this company is now claiming that I still owe an additional $450, however, this is not true, all payments made are equal to the court order.

This company uses tactics such as - asking you a question, and as you explain it they talk over you and don't listen, The customer Service reps are horrible, of no help, and can not nor will they resolve the issue on the phone.

Even after supplying PROOF of both the court order, the payment history for which THEY provided they still will not close the case.

I am contacting a lawyer, I will be filing a motion for a hearing, and bringing about a FRAUD caseB against these people.

PROTECT YOURSELF:

SAVE ALL COMMUNICATIONS with these people

They have been sued at least 39 times in FEDERAL COURT

Do NOT let them put words into your mouth, or twist your words to fit what they want you to admit, STAND YOUR GROUND

I am now forced to do this with all emails from this company in all replies sent to them

Be ADVISED that any information may be recorded electronically by Defendant to be used as EVIDENCE against YOU the PLAINTIFF, this is to notify YOU the Plaintiff that this is an effort to close the above Account, and Court Case as FILED by YOU, any action, notice, or verbal contact will NOW RESULT in electronic monitoring, including but not limited too, VOICE RECORDING, any information gained can and will be used against this includes but NOT LIMITED TOO, your employees, agents, customer service representatives, contractors, or attorneys. all evidence collected will be, can be, and may be used in further Legal Action. Failure to close this case by NOON on March 7, 2024, will be considered FRAUD, and as such further LEGAL ACTION against YOU, your REPRESENTATIVES, or ANY AGENT working on your behalf, or anyone from your office authorized to speak on, act on or resolve any issue as employed or contracted agent on behalf of Rubin and Rothman LLC, may and could and will be potentially used in a future lawsuit.

A judgement was passed against me that I was completely unaware of. I found out after I attempted to contact Ford to facilitate returning a vehicle that was being held by the DA's office for an extended period of time. Ford directed me to Rubin & Rothman and thats how I found out about the judgement that was passed. I was never served and therefor was not aware that I needed to show up to court to defend myself. I worked with Russell Malone, who has been very rude and disrespectful with me on every call I've had with him. He is very impatient and resorts to bullying tactics. He has raised his voice and threatened to hang up on me on more than one occasion when I challenge information he gives me that is either incorrect or makes no sense. Despite all of this, I cooperated to make sure Ford got the vehicle back in their possession with the understanding the debt amount would be reduced or cleared upon Ford selling the vehicle at auction. That was almost a year ago and not a single penny has dropped from the balance owed. In fact, the balance continues to increase and I was not contacted once by Ford or R&R with an update. When I contacted R&R, they have nothing on file to show that Ford reported how much the car was sold for so therefor its showing I still owe the full balance. This whole thing is criminal and these people continue to take advantage of the system to keep people in debt.

Served law suit with no prior documentation of debt

Was served a law suit with no prior documentations explaining debt that I aledgely owe.No.bills in mail nothing to warm me of a law suit coming.Very unfair and shady ptactices.this happened feb of 2018

Same just happened to me!!! Within one week of a phone call asking me to pay I have now been served!

Wasn’t even given a chance to pay !!!! Shady lawyers using pushy tactics! Some random guy touching my door to tape his paperwork caused my children to think he was breaking in!

This is unacceptable! I call that harassment of my family!

I too had a very pleasant and positive experience with Mr. Russell Malone, he was very helpful in explaining my options. This is the first time in my lifetime that dealing with a debt collector could be so uplifting, I really appreciate his expertise and his pleasant demeanor thank you so much *****

Zero professionalism/ phone games

Michelle Parker who appears to be the "only one" available to speak to, never ever answers her phone. The phone operators know this and pretend they're trying to contact her in the office or will even "page" her.

Right.. If your lucky, they will transfer your call to a "Lisa" who also never answers. I've left over 7 + voice mails. The entire office plays a game with callers.

They dish out the threats, garnishments, etc., but are not accessible to speak to. No one wants to be in a position of debt, but life happens. Rubin and Rothman will cross any line and are ruthless. They have been sued for illegal tactics.

The entire office staff plays along with the phone call games.

No emails are given out either. The probably sit around and compare their new nails they had done while snapping their gum sipping Dunkin' Donuts.
